ORDERING
For in-stock items, simply click "Buy It" next to the items. For out-of-stock items and special
orders, please click "Order It" under the description of each style.
Once we receive it, we will then be able to process your order. Incoming emails to us are considered to be
regular communications of inquiries, not orders.
SHIPPING POLICY
We ship your orders via USPS Priority Mail or Express Mail.
Shipping/handling charges starts from $8 for Priority Mail (2-3 days within U.S., 5-7 days to other countries).
All inventory items are normally shipped within 48 hours of payment verification.
Please allow 4-6 weeks delivery on back order or customized order items.
RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY:
GENERAL ORDERS(inventory items or back order items):
All returns must be pre-authorized. Please Request Return by email.
Upon receipt of your request, we will e-mail you an approved return confirmation along
with return instructions and a return address. Please allow 1-2 weeks for your return to
be processed once we have received the merchandise.
Important:
Any unauthorized return, refused shipments of merchandise, items where
the customer has requested a "return to sender", or the return of obviously used items may subject the
customer to a non-refundable 25% or more restocking charge and responsibility for all incurred shipping
costs, depending on the condition and/or resaleability of the merchandise.
We will accept return items in its original package for up to 14 days
from the date of shipment indicated on your invoice. Shoes
must be unused and cannot be returned for a refund or exchange
if soiled.
The
purchaser is responsible for shipping and handling charges
on all exchanges and refunds. Original shoe boxes
should be unmarked and shipped in an outer box to protect
them from damage.
We recommend that you always try your new shoes on over a soft, clean surface.
This will help prevent soiling the suede soles of the shoes.
If orders are returned to us outside the required 14 day period and are in
good condition, an $10.00 restocking fee will be deducted from your refund
unless other arrangements have been agreed upon by us. No returns will be accepted beyond a 30 day maximum period.
PLEASE NOTE THAT SALE ITEMS ARE NOT ELIGIBLE FOR A REFUND.Exchange for available sizes is ok. Availability can be found on inventory list page.
Customer is responsible for all exchange shipping and handling fee.
Please protect your return shipments
by obtaining a tracking number with all deliveries. We cannot
be responsible for lost return items.
CUSTOMIZED ORDERS:
- Ordering shoes with different material, color, width or heel than the original pictures as shown
at this website are considered to be customized orders.
- Adding rubber soles.
- No return or exchange for customized orders.
- Deliveries on customized orders are usually 4-6 weeks, but can take longer.

(1) We treat ALL with respect and fairness, do not discriminate ANYONE based on gender, age, religion and ethnicity, but reserve the right to discontinue any business dealing and interaction for any reason, based on our discretion;
(2) Due to a great variety of combinations of dance shoe parts and stringent fit and finish requirements, we must charge customers postage for us to ship any replacement out if so requested, when a return is accepted; all returns shall be charged a re-stocking fee; customized orders cannot be returned, so make sure you know what you want to order before placing it;
(3) In our review of orders, potential misfits can be spotted sometimes, mostly due to selection errors and/or lack of understanding as far as dance shoes are concerned coming from
buying parties in placing their orders; if so happens, we can refuse any such orders, will communicate the refusals, but will likely also make a reasonable recommendation for
an alternative for these people to try out and purchase their dance shoes elsewhere, to fulfill our part of providing a good customer service.
